Dear John,

Thanks for buying the movie ticket for me and I'm delighted that the whole our group is joining. The movie, Men in Black 4, is the one which I wanted to watch in the theatre with friends; however, I have to apologize for not making it because of some urgent work at the office on the day of show.

Do you remember? last time, I told you about the project for which we all are rushing to its deadline is next week. Well, the coming Sunday, the same day as the ticket booked for, is the big day for launching the product live on the internet. As you know, I'm a Technical Lead for the same I must be available for the whole process until its successful delivery.

I know it is very short notice for you and I felt so ashamed to not be with you guys. So since I would not be available, how if my elder brother, recently back from Canada, joins with you people. He could fill me in and he will also spend his time wisely with you. having a great sense of humour, he could entertain you guys with his jokes.
