Dear Alex,

I hope this letter finds you in good health. I'm writing to let you know that I'm planning to sell my television and that reminds me when last time when we met, you were looking for used television.

Let me explain in more detail. Recently my uncle has come from Canada, and he brought a Samsung Smart TV along with him. Because of the new television, my old television set would not be in use anymore. So, my father gave me an onus to find someone who could buy the old television.

Well, As you never been to my home and unaware of television details, I must tell you about the old television. The old TV set is Panasonic made and 32" diagonal colour screen. The most unusual feature of the television is it has an in-built setup box, so you no need to have extra equipment in order to watch live channels. What's more, although its front panel's buttons do not function properly, it has a working remote with it.

Could you pop in at my home to take a look at it? How about on coming Tuesday, we have a public holiday on that day? After taking a look at television we could go hiking in the park closed the old church.
