Dear Sally Flannigan,

I am writing to inform you that I will be unable to start an English Academic Program which is commencing from coming Monday at your institution.

Let me explain my situation in more detail. As I mentioned during the registration time, I am working in an accounting firm as an assistant accountant. Recently, there have been inundated with work due to financial year closing, there are plenty of pending files which I must complete within a tight deadline. Probably I could have to work around the clock to finish all of these tasks. Thus, it would be very difficult for me to attend the upcoming classes to improve my academic English language.

Could I get a transfer for the subsequent batch that starting after four months? This would enable me to concentrate on the study as I would not have much work pressure. It would be highly appreciated if you could defer my enrollment to the next Semester intake.
