I hope you and your family are safe in this COVID-19 pandemic. As I am writing this letter to bring your attention to the wastage you are leaving near my house.
You already know that you have been throwing some of the dry wastage in front of my house at garbage area. This is causing bad smell and making my house like a garbage area, sometimes that dry waste blows into my house when the wind blows.
I would like to give you a solution to this matter. First, as you have to deposit the dry waste, please throw into the government allocated bins provided to individual houses. These wastages are taken out by council early in the morning. Second, although there is some fee for this service, if you are not ready to pay, I will pay for you. This way both of us will get relief for the current situation.
Please cooperate for this so that we will have a good relationship with each other. Hope you understood my problem and will not allow me to take this issue as legal.

As you are leaving your rubbish in front of my house for the past one week, it is giving us foul smell when we open our main door. Also, the street dogs dig the rubbish and make a mess around the main gate of our house, which is unsanitary. Moreover, it takes a lot of time and effort to clean up the area.
Please be considerate in trash disposal. If you do not know where to keep the garbage, please put it in the trash bin available at the corner of the street. Please refrain from this action immediately or else I may need to file a complaint against you regarding this to the administration office.
