You recently purchased an internet service for your house but you are not satisfied with it. You have complained to the customer helpdesk on the phone but no action has been taken. Write a letter to the manager of the company. In your letter:
Describe what is wrong with the service.
Explain why you are not happy with the company's response.
Say what action you want the manager to take.

I am writing with regards to the internet service I bought from your company two weeks ago.
There are major issues with the download speed which is much slower than as promised in the contract I signed. I have tested it every day since the installation and the fasted it has been 25 Mbps compared to the minimum of 50 Mbps this package is supposed to give. Since I rely on the connection for my work, this is not only costing me time but also money.
I have phoned the technical support line four times. Despite being told each occasion that the problem would be fixed within an hour, there has been no change. When I pointed this out during my last call, the customer representative was quite rude and accused me of lying.
I would like you to do two things. The first is to please rectify the problem with the internet speed immediately and apprise me upon completion. Secondly, please review your customer service standards, as they are in danger of costing you your reputation and clients.
