Ok, I have tried several ways of focusing on the important task, including listing to music, practising yoga, watching stories. However, today I'd like to talk about the Meditation, which improves not only my concentration but also help me to control over anger. Meditation does not require significant time, just 10-15 minutes are more than enough provided that you maintain the consistency of practising it every day. It is very simple to do you just need to seat relax and focus on your breath.

The beauty of the meditation is that you can do it anywhere, anytime. I start off my mornings with the meditation and I meditate at least 10 minutes. Though I could do it anytime, I would rather prefer in the morning because it's the morning time when there is tranquillity. Furthermore, research has shown that if you meditate in the morning at least 10 minutes consistently for a week, you will see improvements in your attention significantly.

As I said before I had tried other ways as well, but the easiest and simplest that I found is the only meditation. Despite this seldom I play chess which is also a concentration booster game because while playing the game I always try to win the game so automatically I have to focus. This ultimately contributes to improving concentration.

Overall, I can say that this is the activity that I practice with the aim of enhancing my concentration.
