A Modal answer with band 7+
Well, I always have a conversation in my everyday life and I'd like to talk about a very interesting discussion that I recently had. Just few days before, I received a call from one of the financial institution offering a credit card. Another side there was a girl whose voice was really mellifluous and as a professional, she was a customer care executive. I even remember her name too, it is "Ms Julie".
I vividly remember that it was Tuesday morning time when I was heading to the office, I received a call, and I was on a bus at the time. This conversation was completely over the telephone only. As I did not had any serious task to do during commuting to the office, I just keep it up the call for a long time.
She started to explain to me the benefits of credit cards and how it helps us to manage our financial burden. She was pressing for applying at least for one card by explaining in detail how we can save money whenever a product is bought on easy EMI at a 0% interest rate. Moreover, she also gave an overview of how I might end up paying more using credit cards if I do not pay the outstanding amount before the due date.
Overall, I can say that this talk was very interesting not only because of the benefits it had to credit cards but also she talked with me just like a friend and also she shares her personal like and dislikes. If I had a chance to have a face-to-face discussion I would really enjoy it.
