Well, I don't prefer to complain about trivial issues. However, I never leave without complaining if any issues persist again and again. Today I'd like to talk about such an issue that was addressed quickly after my complaint about it. Approximately 2 months ago, when I was in need of a bank statement for immigration purpose, I had gone to HSBC bank in my local branch to demand the same. A clerk at the branch told me that their internet service is down and unable to furnish the statement at the moment. First time I accepted their excuses, but when I back on the next day, I was told that today their server is down and asked me to come back another day. It was the last straw when the other day he said that the printer is not functioning.

At that time I decided to report a complaint about it. I made a beeline for the making formal complaint on their website by sending email to the headquarters and I complain to the Country Manager about my need and how bank staff responding for it. Within an hour you what I had received a call from the branch manager and asked me to visit the branch to collect the statements. To my surprise, as soon as I entered the bank branch manager himself handed over me the statement and confess for the same. That was a really pleasing time for me and thanked him with a big smile.

Overall, I can say that I will never forget that day when I experienced a sense of satisfaction from a complaint that I made online and received a prompt response on it. I will always remember how that branch manager apologises about the dissatisfaction that I received.
