Arguments are common and can be found everywhere in the world. And I would like to talk about one argument that happened in my office a few weeks before. It was between my colleagues when they were having some discussion on the project tasks.

Actually, during the meeting both of them, Daniel and Wilson having a discussion on how to solve a particular problem that their team was facing. Due to both presented the idea which contracts each other, this discussion quickly turns into a conflict and started arguing with each other for quite some time.

It wasn't stopped the argument until the Line Manager steps into. Then our manager listened to their problems and solutions and talked with them. Then the manager based on prioritizing issues manages to resolve the argument between them.

To be honest, it wasn't new for me because this kind of argument always keeps on happening on day to day basis. That's why I took the matter very lightly and forget about the argument that they had. But I will never forget this argument because on the same day it was my Birthday.
