Well! I rarely make promises because I think in some situations it could be broke. But still, I have made one promise to my daughter and it was regarding continuity in my daily exercise.

My daughter always says to me that she doesn't want me to become old. And one day she asked my wife what should people do to keep young and she said must do physical exercise every day. And from that moment my daughter keeps on saying to do physical activity, and I never take it seriously. One day she said if I don't do the gym she will not eat food and she took a promise from me for this.

With no other options left for me and I have made a promise to her that I will do the gym every morning to be young. The main reason for making a promise to her is I also wanted to commit myself to keep fit. And these days I am doing gym almost every day except weekends.

Overall, It wasn't easy for me to keep up with the promise because of my tight schedule, but I have dedicated an hour in the morning for it. And I proudly can say that I have kept my promise until now and will consistently keep doing exercise in my life.
