I have visited plenty of monuments in recent years around the world. If I'd to choose one to talk about, I'd select the Eiffel tower. It is made up of only iron and named after the engineer Eiffel Gustave.
This tower is a symbol of France and located in the centre of its capital city, Paris. Enormous tourists flock there every year from a different country. To be more precise, this tower is situated at 5th avenue in Paris.
Saying about how I come to know about this, a few years before a friend of mine had been there on holiday. He told me about it and explain the whole history of it such as who and when built it. Later on, I also did my research on this and found very interesting.
Overall, since this tower is unique in the world, it has more significance. The material used, time taken to build it, the total weight of material all these are unique within that masterpiece. I think I would have to visit there at least once.
