Ok, there are plenty of food items, such as Puran Poli, Jalebi, Gulab Jamun, and many more, that we cook on traditional events. If I've to choose one of them I'd select Gulab Jamun because that's my all-time favourite. I love Jamun since my childhood.

Regarding its recipe, I don't know perfect steps for it; however, when I used to observe how my mummy prepare it, I can vividly recall those steps. All you need to cook is Milk powder, sugar, edible oil to fry. Initially, the batter of milk power needs to prepare, followed by using this batter small balls need to prepare. After this, these balls are required to deep fry in edible oil until their colour change to brown. These fried balls that must be immersed in the sugar syrup for at least 3-4 hours. Here it is ready to eat.

This is widely prepared almost in all events as a desert. It is believed that cooking delicious food and shares with friends or family is a gesture of showing the love which finally brings happiness and prosperity in the home. People cook this as ingredients required are easily available and the majority of people love to eat it.

In short, I am fond of Gulab Jamun as it is so juicy and mouthwatering, I eat it with pleasing and enjoy its taste. I will always keep it on top as my favourite dish.
