Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is John Smith and I have been living in Hamilton at the station street for 10 years. I am writing to you with regard to the problems we are facing with the road right in front of my house.

Let me explain the problem in detail. Although the condition of a road is of better quality, its width is quite shorter, it is almost impossible to pass two vehicles at a time. Before few years, there were not many issues; however, nowadays due to the rise in population in this area, the number of transportation has also increased. This is causing us quite a lot, we are unable to reach an office within time. Furthermore, these days roads are not as clean as it used to be.

If the roads are wider which could have three lanes that would alleviate the problems we are facing currently. I would highly appreciate it if you could take some action against it and solve the issue pertaining to cleaning the street.
